世界余氏宗親會“願景說明書”：
世界余氏宗親會就是以先祖留下來的這對對聯作為宗旨：“發揚先輩正氣，培育後代情操”。
這也是每一個家族宗長所期望的；承先啟後，繼往開來。
World Yee Family Association Vision Statement:
The vision for the World Yee Family Association is summarized by the 12 word Chinese couplet on either side, which can be translated as “Promote the Righteousness of our Past Generations; Nurture the Integrity of our Future Generations”.
This is the vision of all family leaders, whether as parents or association officers: to use the best of our Family ancestors as role models for our own lives and for all those over whom we have some influence.
In the end, we ourselves strive to become role models for the future generations.
In short, we should “Venerate the Past, and Educate the Future”.

發揚余氏歷祖功德（即如余靖公所樹偉績）。
提倡中華文化及其培育精神。
提供獎學金，用以鼓勵世界余氏宗親會會員之學術成就。
World Yee Family Association Objectives:
Promote the best of Yee Family ancestors such as Yee Jing。
Promote the best of Chinese culture and educational philosophy。
Encourage education and scholarship for Yee Family members world wide。
